1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 333dt ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "333dt"). These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with 333dt, including but not limited to account registration, use of casino games, sports betting services, financial transactions, bonus participation, and any form of communication with the 333dt support team.

Your access to or use of any part of the 333dt platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access the platform or create an account, whichever occurs first.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 333dt Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 333dt.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 333dt platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. You must meet all of the following criteria in order to register an account or use any service offered by 333dt:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The 333dt platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Under-age gambling is a serious issue, and 333dt has a zero-tolerance policy toward any attempt by minors to access the platform.
• You must be accessing 333dt on your own behalf, as a private individual, and not acting as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, consultant, or immediate family member of an employee of 333dt or any of its affiliated game providers, payment partners, or technology suppliers.
• You must not be using the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 333dt is lawful in your location.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the 333dt platform.

By registering an account on 333dt, you warrant and represent that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility checks is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of 333dt services — including depositing funds, placing bets, and playing casino games — you must register a single player account. The following rules govern account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account on the 333dt platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, 333dt reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close all associated accounts and to void any bets, bonuses, or winnings generated across those accounts.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and any other information required by the registration form. You must keep your account information current and update it promptly if any details change. 333dt is not liable for any account access issues, failed payment transactions, or bonus disputes arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 333dt account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact 333dt support immediately at [email protected].

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

333dt may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) procedures at any stage — including before processing your first withdrawal, when making deposits above certain thresholds, or when triggered by our internal security systems. Acceptable verification documents include a valid national ID card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being restricted or closed.

3.5 Account Currency

All 333dt player accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, wagers, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. 333dt does not currently support multi-currency accounts. If you deposit using a payment method that operates in a different currency, the conversion to BDT is handled by the relevant payment provider at the prevailing exchange rate, and 333dt is not responsible for any conversion losses.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

333dt supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the platform:

4.1 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and by individual account tier. 333dt reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with or without prior notice.

4.2 Processing Times

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your 333dt account within 3 minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the respective payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank) may take up to 1 business day depending on the sending bank's processing schedule. Withdrawals are processed manually by the 333dt finance team and are typically completed within 24 hours under normal operating conditions, subject to any pending KYC or security review requirements.

4.3 Your Own Payment Methods

You must only deposit to and withdraw from 333dt using payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a payment account belonging to a third party — including family members, friends, or any other individual — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any withdrawal requested to a payment account not matching the name on your 333dt account will be declined pending verification.

4.4 No Fees from 333dt

333dt does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, your bank, etc.) may apply their own transaction charges, which are entirely outside 333dt's control and are your sole responsibility to understand before initiating a transaction.

4.5 Refused & Reversed Transactions

333dt reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that is flagged by our payment security systems, that does not comply with these Terms, or that is associated with suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, 333dt will communicate with the affected player via their registered email address to resolve the matter.

5 Bonus Terms & Wagering Requirements

333dt offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to your 333dt account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms published on the 333dt platform at the time the bonus is offered. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated bonus validity period will result in the bonus balance being forfeited.

5.2 One Active Bonus at a Time

A player may hold only one active bonus at any given time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses is not permitted and may result in one or more bonus credits being voided at 333dt's discretion.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

333dt employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing opposing bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors in the bonus system, and systematically withdrawing bonus funds before genuine wagering activity has taken place. Where bonus abuse is detected, 333dt reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend or close the player's account.

5.4 Bonus Eligibility

Certain bonuses may be restricted to players who deposit via specific payment methods, to players from particular regions of Bangladesh, or to players who have not previously claimed the same promotional offer. Eligibility conditions are always clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms. 333dt's decision on bonus eligibility disputes is final.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

333dt is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment for all players. The following rules govern gameplay across all products available on the 333dt platform:

6.1 Game Rules

Each casino game, live dealer table, and sports betting market available on 333dt is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules of any game or market before participating. 333dt is not liable for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

6.2 Certified Random Number Generators

All slot games and virtual table games on 333dt are powered by software from certified providers — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — and use independently audited Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure that each game outcome is entirely random and independent of previous results. The use of any external software, bot, or algorithmic tool to predict or influence RNG outcomes is strictly prohibited.

6.3 Live Dealer Games

Live casino games powered by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi are subject to the rules enforced by the respective live dealer studio. 333dt has no influence over the physical dealing of cards or spinning of roulette wheels in live dealer environments. In the event of a dispute regarding a live game outcome, the studio provider's decision is considered final and binding.

6.4 Sports Betting & In-Play Wagering

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), water polo, football, kabaddi, and other available markets — are subject to their own specific bet settlement rules. In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to the market prices available at the exact moment the bet is confirmed by the system. 333dt reserves the right to void any bet placed after an event has concluded or after the outcome is reasonably determinable, even if the platform has not yet updated to reflect that outcome.

6.5 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction during any game or betting session — including software errors, server disconnections, or display errors — 333dt reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund the original stake to the player's account. This applies to all casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets. The 333dt malfunction policy follows industry-standard practices endorsed by our game provider partners.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 333dt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the 333dt platform
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes
• Using a payment method not registered in your own name
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person or allowing another person to use your account
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or coordinated betting activity
• Using the platform for money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the 333dt platform software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 333dt staff or other players via any communication channel
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after legitimate gaming activity has taken place

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by 333dt

333dt reserves the right to suspend or temporarily restrict a player's account at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the account is involved in prohibited conduct, is subject to a chargeback or payment dispute, has not completed required KYC verification, or poses a security or fraud risk to the platform or other players. During a suspension, the player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, or place bets. 333dt will communicate the reason for suspension via the player's registered email address within a reasonable timeframe.

8.2 Permanent Closure by 333dt

Following investigation, if 333dt determines that a player has materially breached these Terms, the account may be permanently closed. In cases of confirmed fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or underage gambling, all funds held in the account — including both deposited funds and winnings — may be forfeited at 333dt's discretion. Any decision to permanently close an account and forfeit funds will be communicated to the player in writing via their registered email address, along with the grounds for the decision.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by Player

You have the right to close your 333dt account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] with a clear written request. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any active bonus balances will be forfeited. After your account is closed, you will not be able to re-register unless 333dt explicitly approves a re-registration request.

8.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period via the 333dt support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed with urgency. 9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 333dt platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, video, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 333dt or its licensed content providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the 333dt platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any platform content; modify or create derivative works based on platform content; use 333dt's trademarks or branding in any context outside of your personal use of the platform; or frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the platform for any purpose.

Any unauthorised use of 333dt's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may also constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 333dt and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and technology providers shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the 333dt platform
• Any loss of funds arising from technical malfunctions, server outages, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment provider failures
• Any gambling losses incurred through normal gameplay on the platform
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including eligibility requirements and responsible gaming obligations
• Any interruption to service caused by scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or widespread telecommunications failures
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials

333dt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

11 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including their formation, interpretation, validity, breach, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 333dt aims to resolve all player disputes fairly, transparently, and within a reasonable timeframe.

11.1 Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a dispute with 333dt relating to your account, a transaction, a bonus, or a game outcome, you should first contact the 333dt support team at [email protected] with full details of the dispute, including your account username, the relevant transaction or game ID, the date and time of the event, and a clear description of your complaint. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a resolution within 7 business days.

11.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support review, you may request escalation to the 333dt compliance team by clearly stating "ESCALATION REQUEST" in the subject line of your email. The compliance team will conduct an independent review and provide a final written decision within 14 business days of receiving the escalation request. 333dt's final decision on any dispute is binding.

11.3 Language of Disputes

All dispute communications between players and 333dt must be conducted in English. This ensures that all parties have a clear and consistent record of the dispute and its resolution. Submissions in languages other than English may be delayed while translation is arranged.

12 Amendments to These Terms

333dt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, platform feature updates, payment method changes, or other operational requirements. When material changes are made to these Terms, 333dt will notify registered players via their registered email address and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the 333dt platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.3 above.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document indicates when the most recent revision was made. 333dt recommends bookmarking this page and reviewing it regularly.
